We want to make delivery as simple and straightforward as possible.
We mainly use Royal Mail for our deliveries.
All delivery methods available for your order, together with the applicable delivery charges, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Available delivery options may vary depending on the value, weight and size of your order, your delivery address and the destination country.

Dispatch Times

Orders are posted Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
Orders placed before 1 PM on weekdays will normally be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM or during the weekend will normally be dispatched on the next working day.
Some orders may require additional production time before dispatch, depending on the product, the personalisation required and the quantity ordered. Larger orders may take longer to produce and dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking information will also be provided where available.

International Delivery

Where international delivery is available, the delivery methods and charges available for your order will be displayed at checkout.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination. International orders may also be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to investigate.
Before contacting us, we recommend checking your tracking information, looking around your property or designated safe place, checking with neighbours and contacting your local delivery office where appropriate.
Please be aware that delivery carriers may require a certain period of time to pass before a parcel can officially be considered lost.
