BACKGROUND:
You Name It is a trading name of The Greenwich Collection Ltd.

This agreement applies between you, the User of this Website and You Name It, the owner of this Website. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Website. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should stop using the Website immediately.
Return and Refunds policy: Due to the personalised nature of our goods we are unable to offer a refund if the product is not to your liking or you have changed your mind. If you have made an error, we cannot re-work the item or re-use it and therefore cannot offer a refund or credit. We understand that you are human too so depending on the product we may be able to re send your correct order at a greatly discounted rate as a goodwill gesture.
If the item is defective, we will either refund or, if time permits, replace the item. Please notify us within 1 day of arrival with an image of the problem emailed to sales@younameit.co.uk
If we have made an error: Please could you contact us ASAP preferably accompanied with a picture of the error along with your order no. We will send a replacement ASAP, normally this would be sent the same day as we get the notification, if received before 13.00 it will be shipped that day.
This is rare but please accept there is still a human element to our service.
Goods arriving damaged: This is rare but if you could send a picture of the product and its packaging it would help to solve the problem, email to sales@younameit.co.uk.
Prices: all prices include VAT at the current rate.
Working days are Mon-Friday but do not include Bank Holidays.
Images: We do our best to show accurate representation of the product. Where necessary we point out that the product may have uneven surfaces or edges due to the nature of the material. Some text has been graphically applied to the image for display purposes. We try to achieve the most accurate image as possible.
Materials: Wood and Slate will all vary in colour, we endeavour to show a cross section of our products throughout the site. Knots are expected but we do our best to engrave where the knot does not affect the reading of the text. Text colour may vary whether on wood or slate.
Text: We will correct obvious grammatical errors, IE: your (you’re). If in doubt we will call or email you for confirmation.
We will engrave rude words but would appreciate an email requesting this first. It will then be at our discretion but please be aware that we will not engrave anything that is deemed to incite racial hatred, or that is discriminatory or in breach of privacy.
1. Definitions and Interpretation
In this Agreement the following terms shall have the following meanings:
“Content”
means any text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations and any other form of information capable of being stored in a computer that appears on or forms part of this Website;
“YNI”

“Service”
means collectively any online facilities, tools, services or information that You Name It makes available through the Website either now or in the future;

Means any online communications infrastructure that You Name It makes available through the Website either now or in the future. This includes, but is not limited to, web-based email, message boards, live chat facilities and email links;

By continuing to use the Website you acknowledge that such material is protected by applicable United Kingdom and International intellectual property and other relevant laws.
2.2 Subject to sub-clause 2.3 you may not reproduce, copy, distribute, store or in any other fashion re-use material from the Website unless otherwise indicated on the Website or unless given express written permission to do so by You Name It.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any prior versions thereof, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless it is expressly stated otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall confer any rights upon any third party. The agreement created by these Terms and Conditions is between you and You Name It.
12. Communications
12.1 All notices / communications shall be sent to us either by post to our Premises (see address above) or by email to sales@younameit.co.uk. Such notice will be deemed received 3 days after posting if sent by first class post, the day of sending if the email is received in full on a business day and on the next business day if the email is sent on a weekend or public holiday.
12.2 You Name It may from time to time send you information about our products and/or services. If you do not wish to receive such information, please click on the UNSUBSCRIBE button on any of our emails.
13. Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions and the relationship between you and You Name It shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of England and Wales and You Name It and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
